More about API integrationsKantex for logistics & transport
Planning, status information and transport documents up to date and in one place, in the office and on the road.

For logistics service providers and transport companies, Kantex builds software that brings planning, trips, status information and transport documents together. We connect TMS, WMS and client systems, develop mobile applications for drivers and warehouse staff, and automate the processing of orders, proofs of delivery and invoicing.
Your day revolves around time: orders arrive late, plans change on the road and clients want to know where their shipment is. Information is scattered across the planning board, phones, paper consignment notes and client portals. Whoever has the overview often keeps it in their head.
Transport orders arrive by email, through client portals, as spreadsheets or by phone. Planners re-enter them by hand in their own system.
Whether a trip is completed or delayed often only becomes clear after a phone call. Clients call to ask about things that should already be known somewhere.
Proofs of delivery and consignment notes come back to the office days later. Only then can they be checked and invoiced.

More about API integrationsKantex Custom Software
A mobile app for drivers or warehouse staff to view trips, report status and record a proof of delivery with photo and signature, even when the network briefly drops out.
More about Custom softwareKantex Automation
As soon as a trip is completed and the proof of delivery is in, the invoice line can be ready automatically. Exceptions, such as waiting time or a changed address, go to a member of staff for review.
More about Process automationKantex AI
AI can extract transport orders from emails and attachments, such as loading and unloading addresses, time windows and quantities, and prepare them as drafts for the planner.
More about AI solutions
From the first conversation to software that keeps working, in short steps with working results along the way.
In a free introductory call we map out your process, systems and goals, and pinpoint where the biggest gains are.
We sketch the solution, the integrations and the screens, and test them with the people who will actually use them.
We work in short iterations and show you working software every few weeks, so you can steer along the way.
We go live, migrate your data and guide your team through the switch.
We monitor, maintain and extend the software as your organisation grows.

Yes. We build mobile applications in which drivers see their trips, report status updates and record proofs of delivery with photo and signature. The app also works with a weak connection: data is stored locally and sent as soon as the network is back. The information goes straight into your own system.
Usually not. If your TMS or WMS works well for planning, we build around it: integrations with clients, an app for the road or automation of the administration. Only if the system offers no way at all to exchange data do we discuss together whether replacing or supplementing it makes more sense.
By passing on status information directly from the source. When a driver signs off a trip or a scan takes place, that update goes through an integration to the client’s system or to your own customer portal. That way nobody has to call to ask about something that is already known.
